Painting with Grandma

I am grateful for learning new things.

Um....?

I walked into the kitchen to find her stuffing grapes down her shirt.

I guess that's one way to save them for later.  ;)

I am thankful for a garbage can.

City Creek

Every time my mom comes to visit the kids talk about taking her on a train ride.....but we have never done it.

Today we can cross that off our list of 'Things to do with Grandma'  =)

We rode it to the big city and then made our way to City Creek.....which we had never been to.

While we were there E got her ears pierced....she is SO thrilled.

But we spent most of our time there at the fountain while the kids ran around.

After wards we headed over to the Planetarium and checked out the fun free stuff that they had to offer.

I am thankful for a perfect day.

Spring Break

Spring break is well under way and we haven't done too much.

So today I asked the girls what they wanted to do and they said Duck Pond and Castle park.

So we did both and were all worn out by the end of the day but I am grateful that we all had a blast!

Feathered Friends

I am thankful that these 3 gals are still laying.

A great way to end the day?

My view at the moment. Dropped my niece off at her BYU apartment.....helped her carry luggage and boxes in....chatted for maybe 10 minutes....went back to get in the car and.....it was gone. Turns out it was towed in the 15 minutes that we took to drop her off.

Left my mom at my nieces since it was more than a 2 mile walk to get the car back, but took my oldest with me even though she had an injured ankle (she wouldn't let me walk alone in the dark...love that girl).

Sucky but I am very grateful that we got the car back and made it home safely.

Easter Day

I am grateful that I could spend the day with family.

Big Helpers

Miss P couldn't resist joining her sisters for their chore of washing the floor.

I am thankful that my kids will willingly clean the floor with their feet.

Easter Eggs

I am grateful for water color pencils, and salt, and rubber bands. 

I am thankful for sunshine and pony tails.

I am grateful for well rested kids.

I am grateful that at least one of us could take a nap on the couch.

Roller Coaster Weather

I am grateful that we had a dew days of nice weather before it snowed again.

Dang spring weather.

Time for a snooze and cuddle.

I am thankful that Little A just can't seem to get enough of her Grandma.

Makes my heart happy.
