Any suggestions?

Photobucket

Is there any way to un-crystalize honey? Or anything I could make with it?

I am grateful for friendly suggestions.

melt it in your micowave. use a low setting. and just do it until it's liquid again.

haha...do you expect some unfriendly suggestions? :D

I microwave mine, too. Slow and carefully. If you have the plastic bear, he will melt and become quite interesting looking if you're not careful.

The microwave kills the vital enzymes that make honey so wonderful. Use a warm water bath. It takes longer but you won't hurt the honey. Put the honey container in water on the stove over med heat and it will melt. It takes longer but it's worth it.

thanks for the tip Aimee, I didn't know that fact. No more microwaving my honey.
