Spring is here! Spring is here! It's the best time of the year!

My friend, who lost her baby a few years ago, has come to my house every year that I have been here to plant spring bulbs in honor of her little Natalie. Her daughter was born in the spring and lived for a month and that makes these spring bloomers even more special. I never met this little girl. But every time that these Hyacinth's come up I think of her. They make me smile. I love the smell of them and the color.

I am thankful for the spring and for the 'rebirth' of life after a long cold winter.

Spring is so symbolic.
