This Christmas Eve was the first time for us to do the Shepards Dinner (Thanks for the idea Afreaka!). It was a lot of fun and the kids loved everything about it.....the eating on the floor, dressing up, finding the baby, and even all of the good things that they had to do all month long to be sure that there was enough hay in the manger for the baby. I think that this will be a new yearly tradition in addition to reading the night before christmas, playing games, and leaving goodies for Santa and his reindeer.I am grateful for making memories.

Oh, I'm so glad you did the Shepherd's Dinner! Isn't it awesome? One year you'll have to do it with us. Chandler can show your girls how to properly be "sore afraid".
