I have a friend who they stay with while she grade papers for the teacher or they go to her house if she is done. I would let them just hang out with me while I did stuff, but I have to listen to the children read different things.
When Jordyn was in Kindergarten I was allowed to bring Cody with me to volunteer in the classroom. Then we moved, and my kids' current school doesn't let you bring your younger children with you.
We can lift ourselves, and others as well, when we refuse to remain in the realm of negative thought and cultivate within our hearts an attitude of gratitude. If ingratitude be numbered among the serious sins, then gratitude takes its place among the noblest of virtues.

Yeah for you! I still remember when my mom came to my class.
Volunteering can be lots of fun, and the kids love it, too.
What do your other two do when you volunteer?

I love to see my kids at school because their personalities are different. I need to do more volunteering.
