When you make some of these....
This little one can't seem to get enough. Scraps what she can off her plate. Licks her knife clean. And then moves on to licking her plate clean.
I am thankful for things that are good to the last drop (or crumb). =)

Me, too. Looks like she really enjoyed it. I remember that most of my students at that age wouldn't eat the cupcake, they'd just lick the frosting off.
That is what she usually does with anything that has frosting....cookies, cake, etc. It really surprised me that she ate the whole thing...maybe being a mini cupcake helped.
I think it runs in the family. :)
