Not bad for 4 bucks.

Before school got out I stumbled upon this stepping stone kit that was on sale for 4 dollars.

I just about forgot about it until one of the girls dragged it out today. It only had 1 mold with it, but lots of plaster for several stones. So we had to come up with something that they could all use because my kids just didn't want to wait a day until they had their turn with the 'cool' mold.

So here is our make shift mold.... mini disposable muffin tins that I happen to have around the house.

There was enough plaster for them to each make one mini tin 'brick' and one 'cool' mold (but they would have to wait their turn for that one).
The kit also came with paints, jems, stickers, and little tiles to decorate it with.

I am grateful for sale items.
